The Company called Grawil - that belongs to Saferoad CEE  holding - is well recognized on European market manufacturer of thermoplastic compounds GRAVIPLAST 200, intended for making road markings with pavements out of mineral-asphalt mixtures or out of cement concrete.

Due to high durability, it is recommended to apply GRAVIPLAST 200 for marking the roads with high traffic intensity. Advantage of these markings is their very high durability, they also have high visibility parameters during the day and night, in certain cases (structural road markings) good visibility in wet conditions and during the rain, as well as they can fulfil the functions of acoustic markings as structural and profiled markings. Applying the colour compound other than white, road markings can be used for making various additional lineage, for example: parking places, cycle tracks, acoustic rumble strips,  pictograms, etc.
 
Thermoplastic compound GRAVIPLAST 200 is product worked out and constantly improved by the specialists of Grawil Company. Since 1994 in Paczków, and since 2000 in Włocławek - Grawil  Sp. z o.o. has been working on development of possessed recipes and has been applying strict quality control of their products. Testing sample is taken from each tonne of manufactured thermoplastic compound and it is kept for next four years.  Applying thermoplastic compounds GRAVIPLAST 200, we can make structural, profiled, smooth and spray type road markings.

Presently Grawil Company has developed new recipes and compositions, thanks to which visibility parameters during the day (whiteness) have been increased, reflectivity during the night was improved (up to 40% of glass beads in the compound) as well as resistance to UV radiation is better now. Our great success is sales of our compound to the markets in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Island, Belarus, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia. In the present moment we are intensively working on the material adapted to climatic conditions existing on roads of Southern Europe. Currently we manufacture 3000 tones of thermoplastic compound per year. We offer material adjusted to the requirements of our customers, with different plasticity, hardness, viscosity and colour.
